All of our homes come with the amenities and services that you would expect in a furnished rental.
If we've left something out, just ask...
Amenities:
- Modern furnishings in every room.
- Flat-screen televisions and DVD players in living room and master bedroom.
- Washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
- Four-burner gas grill (or charcoal grill) and five-seat patio set.
- Well-supplied kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, bake ware.
- Service for eight.
- Ample desk in office area.
- Compact stereo system.
- Alarm clock-radios in each bedroom.
The house is fully furnished with the most common household goods. We are generally unable to change the number or arrangement of beds in a home. If you require something special, please consider purchasing something to keep after your stay.

- Yard service.
- High speed internet access.
- Cable television.
- Local phone service.
- All utilities (gas, electricity, water,garbage).
We can help you arrange additional services at your expense.
Cleaning service includes:
- Wipe all baseboards
- Wipe all ceiling fans.
- Wipe all window sills.
- Dust a/c vent.
- Sweep and mop/ vacuum floor.
- Make Beds.
- Dust.
- Wipe down surfaces including TV Screen.
- Scrub tub/Shower and shower doors.
- Scrub toilet.
- Wipe down surfaces and mirrors.
- Empty trash cans and line with trash bags.
- Wash, dry, and put away any items in the kitchen sink/drain rack.
- Wipe down all surfaces, counter, exterior refrigerator, and stove.
- Clean exterior and interior of microwave.
- Clean coffee maker.
- Empty trash and line with bag.
- Wipe down tables and chairs.
- Dust.
- Laundry room -
